By registering an Account or accessing any service on the 88gasia Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with 88gasia's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 88gasia Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

88gasia reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete, which requires submission of a valid Malaysian MyKad and proof of address issued within the preceding three months.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the 88gasia Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88gasia login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password or two-factor authentication codes to any third party. 88gasia will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are required to notify 88gasia promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact email address and payment method information.
The 88gasia Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. All transactions are processed directly in MYR with no currency conversion fees applied by 88gasia.
Minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. 88gasia does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unless specific bonus terms state otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum of the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
88gasia reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by Players in good faith.
All games available on the 88gasia Platform — including live casino games, slots, roulette and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game environment. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where expressly stated otherwise in the game-specific rules.
Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by live dealers in licensed studio environments. Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator systems. 88gasia does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. 88gasia reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data feed errors or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88gasia Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 88gasia Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and the 88gasia brand name and mark, is the exclusive intellectual property of 88gasia or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 88gasia.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88gasia's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
88gasia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of the Platform, even if 88gasia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
88gasia does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
88gasia is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with our international gaming authority licence conditions. Players are required to be at least 21 years of age. 88gasia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Upon termination for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate funds deposited and not yet wagered will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88gasia is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.
88gasia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
